Rules around revealing information related to deal negotiated for account

I’m curious if there’s any rules related to this scenario I just had. I bought a mobile game account from party “a”, I tried to trade it to party “b” who was a reseller/epicnpc moderator for a value roughly $20 more than what I paid party a. Party b private messages party A and asks what he charged me for account and party a then revealed this information so party b rescinded this offer and I lost out on a deal that was previously agreed to until party a got involved

Well, as far as i know, it doesn't matter. Since what he said was true and actually happen, nothing matter. If you lose a deal, that mean its gone.

Since no payment was made, or the account was not handed over, there was no deal. You can buy, sell, or trade for whatever you want.
