Well, here's the story. He messeged me, asking to buy a Burning Crusade. I had one that I was going to use, but I thought to myself, might as well sell it and get one later. So I decided to sell him the key. He offered to send me the money first, which I definately agreed to. He sent me the money, and I sent him the key. I accidently gave him the wrong key, and I thought that somehow the key was already in use so I refunded him the money. I then realized I gave him the key that was already used. So since he seemed to be a trustworthy guy, I sent him the working key, and I told him to check if it worked. He said he would and that he'd be right back. After around 10 minutes, he signed off, and I've been waiting for him to get back on ever since. I'm currently opening a dispute case file over paypal against him, which will be executed if he doesn't contact me back to resolve things.
