Requesting removal of negative feedback.

Dear Moderator Team,

In my WoW Account Sell thread (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/net...ncl-cheap-fast-delivery.1410806/#post-6197928) I got a negative review from a stranger "chrille93", who claims that I have fake reviews from friends. All my feedbacks are from regular people who were satisfied with the service I provided. You can ask any of those users.

I never had contact with "chrille93" before he gave me this negative review, and when he posted the negative review he was a fresh account with 0 feedbacks. I dont know what drove him to give me that negative review, but he didnt provide his claim with proof, information or whatever. I simply dont know this guy. I never sold him anything and I never spoke to him - he is a complete stranger who i had 0 interaction with!

I hope you understand my case and I hope you can help me.

Dear Admin team. i still have the negative feedback showing on my account... the negative feedback is still on my account thread, but comment was removed by moderator... but on my account it still shows.. please help! it scares off customers! I would appreciate it a lot if you would solve this case of random negative feedback.. Thanks
