Requesting removal of a neutral, I and the buyer have come to an agreement

I the seller had a misunderstanding with the buyer (1999jei) and could have handled it better I see that I was in the wrong, I am wondering/requesting ( if possible) that the neutral review gets removed. I tried removing it myself, but seems it isn't possible until I post a feedback dispute thread.
