I'm hoping the following neutral feedback from Barny05 from March 20, 2021 can be removed.

I was hospitalized at the time for a couple of months which unfortunately impacted their request. Upon my return I communicated with the buyer, via EpicNPC chat, about my personal dilemma and to ensure that their request was completed. More over I offered additional service at no cost or discounted for in the future. The buyer stated via our conversation they were unsure of how to revert the feedback given.

Since I'm now resuming business I've been in contact with the buyer today to request their cooperation in the removal and also make further amends with an entirely free account based on one of the services I provide.
