Ok so first thing first i will talk about my suggestion and reasoning behind it. Boosting in old games such as wow, diablo 3 and so on is easy for everyone to do, especially with the nature of the orders ( get 200 items = 1h) there is very to non rng factors, the timeframes are well established and every step of the order is well known to both booster and customer regardless of how big the order is. New games however take at least week or two for every detail on the offers to be ironed out. Timeframes will be off sometimes ( 4 days instead of 3, awww what a horrible seller), and boosting will not be possible to be starrted within the hour as we promise on most of our orders due to bigger influx of orders and the time needed to finish em. Although most sellers here have well established teams they work with, some new games are very different from anything those teams worked in before and either very few of the current rooster wants to work in the game or will need more time than usual to get to know the game.
Most people understand this, and we tell em on chat that when it is first week of the game release things will be bumpy. And most people understand this, but one in hundred is a 12y old trigger happy kid that just likes to throw tantrums wherever they can.
My suggestion is to implement some buffer period of at least 7-10 days whenever new game releases, and any sellers that starts to work in that game from day one to have some sort of level of protection for minor lapsus in their service such as later start than usual, or taking slightly more time to finish than advertised.
I mean look at this: http://prntscr.com/llpezk

This is ridiculous, it is true that this guy took more than 24h to get his boost started, but after that first day passed he opens dispute on paypal and his order goes on hold. It is immediately removed from our order dashboard and obviously nobody can take it as it is no longer available. Then he complaints on thread 2 days no start and no refund issued, he was issued refund the next day ( couldn't be instant refunded coz nobody with refunds access was online at the time of his complaint, as soon as i got up i refunded him but damage was already done). Obviously this rule should not apply in major offenses such as stolen accounts, flat out scam/no refund and so on.
The other complaint i would like removed is this:

His order was specialist unlock which is pure RNG. There is no timeframe on those orders it can drop on first game, or take 10 days to get the drop, they are listed here:

He says no communication out of spite, if he would provide his website username and name on tawk.to i am sure i will dig out multiple logs with him as multiple chat support staff told me of some kid constantly bashing live chat on why his specialist order was still not done... He is flat out lying and i would like to request removal of his false accusations on both non responsiveness and no refund.
