Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: On his post it said we were able to buy the account or trade for it, so i decided trade. I went ahead and added him on skype, we started talking and then decided to begin the trade. He didn't trust me because i had no feedback, so i went first. We both logged into each others account and we both said we would change our emails. I changed my email and then asked him if he changed his, he never responded after that. I tried to get to him through league, i went on my friends accounts and messaged him but whenever i messaged him he would delete that summoner.

Also he has multiple negative feedbacks, why would you trade with him? Especially him going first

This transaction went smoothly and after I went to bed he never messaged me about it again until just now when he sent me a PM and posted on my thread..

As for the other feedbacks the last guy was mad because he was going to buy it but I sold to someone else before him.

are you being serious? Because I dont find scamming people funny. You change the password on my account and the one your trading after i change emails and never reply. Now you try to lie to get away with your scam, i'm just at a loss for words. If I received the account you were supposed to trade why would i be complaining, i try messaging you through skype, PM, through league but you dont even respond. I thought you were a legit seller guess not.

1) You have access to the account, I put it in the Skype messages.

2) You gave me an email you wanted me to switch it to, I switched it to that email. If you gave me the wrong email than that is your fault and I can't fix it. I can contact Riot and see if they can fix it or whatever. I believe if I can prove I own it from my credit card information for the RP purchases, they'll change it back to my email and stuff for me but ever since I gave it to you the password has been the same and the email is still set to yours.

I HAD access to the account, after I changed the email you never responded for like 1 hour. So I tried logging onto the account you were supposed to trade me, wrong password, then I log onto my account that i traded you, wrong password. In skype I did not tell you the wrong email I refreshed it hundreds of times and looked through to see if I missed any emails.

Ok I logged onto your account right now, the one you were going to trade and I see that the password has been changed back to the one you told me on skype, now can you please change the email to the one I told you on skype? Then we can have this all resolved, thanks.

So, I'd like to know why you're trying to get me banned or more importantly why you're trying to scam me into giving you the account back.

We had a deal, and you're not getting back MY new account as we made a deal, if you didn't want to make the deal than you should've thought of that before you traded accounts with me.

If you would like I dont getting a middle man to resolve this. We can give both our accounts to him, he can monitor us throughout the trade and he can get this all resolved, however we split the costs because you are the one who made this a whole lot more difficult, or you could just change the email. Much easier

Wrong password? The same password it was set to when I sent you the account it is set to. I just logged into it. And stop lying, you've been playing on it daily. The match history is updated and theres like 15 new games.

Its also now in Gold 5, when I sold this account I advertised it as Silver 1 which just goes to show that somebody has been playing on it.

You will NOT get a refund, as we had a deal.

Edit: I already changed the email to the one you told me on Skype, if that wasn't your email than you should've ****ing thought of that before you sent it as thats what its hooked up with atm. I told you I can contact Riot and change it back to my Email but there is no guarentee of me getting it back, I am doing it out of being nice for a mistake YOU made.

Do not blame me for your mistakes, its hooked up with the email you gave me and the password is still the same. You still have access to it obviously. I don't know what you're trying to pull here, but I don't get scammed that easily so you'll have to try a little harder.

The password is still the same, he has access to it and if he typed the email wrong or anything than that is HIS fault. Not mine.

I agreed to contact Riot about this and see if they can give it back to me or whatever, but he is not accepting that. Frankly he just needs to own up to his mistake and leave me alone.

I tried to be nice and possibly get it back for him but now hes just spamming me.

Can't tell if hes trying to scam me or not but I provided enough proof to show that I did not scam him.

Again you changed the password back to something else and again you not responding on skype after you say that yesterday you changed the email to the one I specified. I have zero control over the account and it seems like you don't want to change the email.

I have seen nothing that shows the email was changed on the account justinoreo received from LunarSAF.

LunarSAF, you can't leave a chat before the person you're trading with confirms the trade is finished. Because you left and I see no proof the email was ever changed you are 100% responsible for the account.

A warning has been placed on your account until this is successfully resolved and justinoreo confirms.

LunarSAF has sold the account he got out of this with out fixing the issue at hand.

I asked buyer to post here, so he doesn't just get an account recalled from him, Nkrzx is buyer.

Its clearly the same

Thats because they are the same account..

I did sell it because either way whether we're able to solve this or not it is my account.

I can sell my property no matter what, yes there was an issue between Justin and I.

We are trying to solve it with Riot at the moment.

But regardless of whether or not we can get this resolved that would still be my account.

No it's not. If you are not able to resolve this it is NOT your account.

The fact you sold his account while this dispute is going on is mind boggling. You have ZERO right to the account at this time so you cannot sell it.

Undo the sale. I've notified nkrzx of this dispute and if you don't issue a refund I told him to dispute the payment.

LunarSAF you must refund the money to nkrzx within 24 hrs or you will be banned.

1) This was Justin's fault as he typed the email wrong, not mine. He can deal with it but I offered to help him.

2) I had every right to sell the account and nobody will be issued any refund.

3) I don't mind if I'm banned... I can just make a new account plus I use more forums than just EpicNPC.

I don't think you'll look through each post and check each person selling something to check if its me

justinoreo you'll need to contact Riot to recover your account. The new buyer that got your account will then have to dispute the payment against LunarSAF.
