this guy recently i never sell him any account and we never do any transaction on this month JULY 2025. Suddenly he give me a negative feedback said i never help him resolve email issue.
And after i check, actually i sell him account is 2 month ago. ALREADY PASS 2 MONTH ALREADY.
i sell him account on JUNE.

After 2 month later he come back said email corrupt and broken and claim that i never help him resolve. But at starting during i pass him account i already mention he must bind google or facebook for secure alternate login method and he did it. But suddenly now he claim i never help him and email broken.

1. trade and deal already 2 month ago. by rule it should not apply any feedback or negative review on me. Since is already long ago.
If counted, then it will be very unfair. So is that mean half year ago transaction still can give me negative feedback also? It not make sense at all
2. I already stated clearly and ask him must bind google or facebook for secure alternate login method. At the end he did it. he can login use google and account secure. Even the email link is broken also never effect him. So actually the issue is SOLVE and DONE. But he said i never help him resolve issue? in fact that i early already help him and mention to him clearly.
3. Since it is long ago trade, If is still counted, then it will be very unfair. So is that mean half year ago transaction can give me negative feedback also? It not make sense at all
4. Plus recently this month i never sell him any account also.

So i request please remove this unfair negative feedback that the trade/transaction happen LONG AGO (2 month already).

ALSO AS I CHECK THE FEEDBACK RULE = it only apply up to 30 DAYS.
and this trade is happen on 2 month already. It shall not be apply
