We have agreement, this guy request refund payment the reason CRYSTAL BROKE then I'II ask to refund this crystal cost 9b, days that is in refunded with 2 days then after this man change mind do cancel this package, I'm shock after he told me to refund, after refund 200EURO, Guy make NEAGATIVE FEEDBACK TO ME, that is not good and unprofessional

Hopefully we fix this NEAGATIVE FEEDBACK DISPUTE ASAP!!

Despite me telling them multiple times and being very patient and understand with them they went against my words and still broke my crystals. Im willing to show you all the screenshots I have.
 
I cant refund this time mister moderator due needs to my family and bills to pay this month, it's okay we can continue grinding

He never refunded me and I never asked for a refund. I simply told him the order is done and I will never purchase his services again. Due to him refused to listen to my instructions after being told multiple times, I will not risk my account because of his carelessness.

For clarification, It was another customer that he promised a refund for and he still haven't refunded them. That customer messaged me after seeing my review on his feedback. (I have proof if you want to see it). On the dispute, The seller tried to make the narrative where me and "carapanxd" are the same people but on 2 different accounts., that is just false. carapanxd is the other customer that were also affected by his careless and unprofessional behaviors.

Seller also claim he refunded 200 euros which is also false because after messaging carapanxd today, they told me they still have not receive their refund.
 
Hello brother, carapanxd already received refund, for your side i can't refund brother it's continue grinding, i hope you understand for my situation now, I'm the eldest son providing needs to my family etc.
