Today I received a negative review from a person who violated the terms of the transaction. He ordered a 500 rating from me, I accepted the order, he asked about the time when the order would be completed, I replied that after about 3 days. Booster was have a bad day, I was friendly with the buyer, I always answered his messages. I explained the situation, said that we will replace the booster and fulfill the order, everything will be fine. He first agrees, then after a while he refuses the order and asks for a full refund. I make a full refund in the payment system, after which the buyer disappears. A few hours later I see a negative review without explanation. I believe that the buyer violated the terms of the transaction and did not wait for even the minimum time for the order. I consider the review unfair and please remove it.
