I would like to dispute the negative feedback left on my profile. According to the site’s rules, feedback is valid only when items and/or payment have been exchanged. By definition, exchange is the act of giving something AND receiving something. In this transaction:
I delivered the account info to the buyer.

The buyer never sent any payment.

Therefore, the transaction was incomplete. Since payment was not sent, there was no completed exchange. What happened here was a one-sided delivery, not a true exchange. Hence, I have no obligation to complete the deal and the feedback does not meet the criteria for validity.

I kindly request the removal of this feedback, as it is misleading and unfair to my reputation.

Feedback is allowed to be given if an item OR money is exchanged.

Since an account was sent, a deal took place and feedback is allowed to be added.

I also see that it was your idea to let him keep access for the week until you were able to accept the money.

@Descream4 Please provide proof that he took the account back. Please also provide proof that he requested more money then originally agreed upon.

Since the previous owner’s phone is rate limited, he isn’t able to make any changes to the Google account security, but he has tried to. That was the reason we were waiting til next week. He can/will remove it once that has changed I suppose.
