I had a trader come through with an account he wanted to trade for something else.

User is "neusas" and claimed to have an issue with the account post successful deal, I gave him fair terms despite him already reviewing the account and had left positive feedback but the person in question acted immature and failed to cooperate so he landed a block on discord.

In his negative feedback he claims that I said "your problem not mine" inbefore blocking him which is untruthful and false. I´ve provided the last messages from our conversation below as proof. He also urges people not to buy when this was infact a trade, not a purchase from him.

You told me the FRAUD BAN does not effect rocket league and it did and i have proof that it does and that i didnt cause the trade ban on rocket league :) when i offered to show proof he blocked me once again.
 
i emailed steam support and asked if the ban effects rocket league trading and they said yes all trading is restriced on accounts with fraud bans, so GrandG lied to me about the ban not effecting rocket league.
 
he also lied to me about the account being linkable to epic games, he said "i ALWAYS check accounts if they are able to be linked" gave him the account to try again, came back to me and said "ohhhh maybe i didnt check this one" like wtf? you literally just said you check every single account and now youre telling me you didnt check this one?
 
and he proceeded to tell me at least 3 times "oh trading doesnt effect the gameplay" "you bought the titles" no i bought the ****ing account if i were to buy the titles they would be on MY PERSONAL account not this account which i bought from you.

For full transparency, this individual contacted me through an alt even though he knows he has received a block. A block from me is not account specific, but user specific. This is why he is throwing a fit here again. You had your chance bud and it doesnt make your negative feedback less inaccurate.

The reason to why this is relevant is because he has approached me on this account previous to our trade and seemed displeased by me not wanting to offer the amount he was asking for, I had him removed from my friends list and I had to denied him a further friend request at a later stage since it seemed pointless based of my gut instinct, this may or may not be a motive why this user have acted in the manor that he has. Either way, I dont think its appropiate to add people from alt when it doesnt go your way with another account.

In short, this user doesnt seem to have had good intent to begin with based of my belief.
 
and EZ is an account i do deals with, i love how after i completely expose you and say everything youve done wrong you proceed to say "oh but he has an alt" is it illegal to have different accounts for different things?
 
and are you not gonna reply to the 5 other messages i sent? instead you go to something completely irrelevant? and "bad intentions" did i not do the trade with you lmfao? you literally "scammed" me by giving me a faulty account saying it was all fine but knowing it wasnt all fine

I like how you are quoting all this stuff without any screenshots, Im sure thats going to do you justice, especially when you are not paraphrasing me correctly nor giving the context. You accepted my terms, you reviewed the account and left positive feedback of said trade. I am under no obligations to offer any support post deal, yet I did and you failed to cooperate and instead acting extremely childish. Again, Im not walmart mate, Im a individual who sells account on the side. With all this being said, this about you leaving untruthful and inaccurate feedback.
 
wasnt untruthful or inacurate, and im quoting you in different words but im not saying anything different than to what you meant :) you said "this fraud ban does not effect rocket league" WHEN IT DID AND YOU LIED TO MY FACE KNOWING IT EFFECTED ROCKET LEAGUE, thats like selling someone an account , saying it has 10,000 credits , they pay you give them the account with 0 credits, they msg you to resolve it and you say "**** off its post deal" i dont think you know how retarded you sound, nice scam man :)

Cosmetics are completely optional, does not affect the gameplay at all nor the titles you were after. If this was so important to you, u could have asked me to double check because far as Im aware the steam limitations doesnt effect either of this and I never claimed to have checked the trading feature. You failed to cooperate during the time I was willing to help you. Sounds good to have psychic power to know what I meant when you cant even quote me correctly. I never lied to you. If I were you I would be careful calling someone a scammer without proof.

Account wasnt sold but traded in exchange for another. neuasas reviews the account, leaves positive feedback. Neusas was fully aware of the steam limitation, what it is caused by is highly irrelevant, just because one user seem to make this is very clear because its of X reason doesnt make the steam limitations explained any different. Everyone involved was aware of the steam ban, however, I did not check the trading feature specifically rocket league because Ive never come across any issues with this in the past, and since it doesnt effect gameplay, why would I unless the user specifically asks me to? He did indeed contact me post deal, after the review of the account, and said that it was trade banned in rocket league. I asked for proof that it was connected to the steam limitation ban where as I offered compensation at the time, neusas failed to cooperate and instead acted highly entitled when asked about this when I was at the time fully on his side. If he was really concerned about this tho, he simple should have asked. I was transparent with the deal and he got just what agreed upon. What Im mostly curious about right now @EpicNPC CM is that your focus seems very much to be directed in a direction which I fail to seem why. This whole thread is because of a untruthful and inaccurate feedback, if you were to actually check said persons feedback versus our conversations, he is lying. The fact of the matter is, we can dispute the specifics of this trade in all ages, because in the end, its at best a grey area to whether or not trading should be checked as part of the game or not when a account sale is made. I personally dont believe its relevant YET I offered a compensation at the time, since it seemed important to the user and all I asked for was that he provide a connection between the steam limitations and the rocket league trade limitations. What kind of compensation that would have been was never stated and yet alone said to be a refund. Again, this is not under any obligations of mine but I care about the people who I deal with, BUT within reason. This person failed the basic level of communication and appropriate tone for the conversation, so he is not eligable for anything that I might have offered at the time. Please review his feedback, match it against our conversation that I provided. That should be all. Thanks.

Your continues efforts on trying to make this out be a joke because you dont have anything lose while I´m trying to maintain my hardest to be as good of a seller as I can, wont help your case at all. Because why exactly? Have you read my response to you? It doesnt matter where the trade ban comes from, it wont change a thing. Again, he is actively lying in his negative feedback, you have the whole conversation, just try to match it. If you believe that I legitimately tried to "scammed" this individual, make your case elsewhere, this is about a untruthful negative feedback.
