He basically did some free work for me, like 3 levels 5-8 on WoW. Now I payed him to take it further, but I gave him a neg for not doing any work on my account I said I just want a refund. So he said ok, and said I have spent your money BUT I am selling a TBC key can you change your rep to a positive? So I said ok, he sent me the $15 I wake up new email. And now he's recalled the money and my PP is in the [censored]. . .

Does seem sort of pointless, and I must admit this is just so small compared to people who loose expensive accounts. But money is money end of, and just wanted to post what he's like.
