Received negative feedback from someone with no chat messages

I received this negative feedback from a random person I have never spoken with on here. On a CS GO feedback?? I don't even play the game and I have never been involved with any sales or purchases for CS GO.

I have zero chat messages with this person.

Any update on this please? Just looking at this person's profile.. it's a fresh account. Hit with a scammer feedback. I'm guessing another scammer using my name on some off platform chat like discord probably contacted the person pretending to be me.

I reported before this thread here that I was receiving strange MM requests to buy stuff from me that I'm not selling and for games i have not played.
