Hey there,
I've been hearing from my regular customers that someone with the same name and id tag as mine has been attempting to scam people on Discord. Though I've pointed out to people that they should talk to me on the site first to verify my identity, some new comers fail to do so and subsequently fall victims to these scammers.
I've already contacted the individual that left the negative feedback but they haven't responded.

My Discord has my real picture which I figure the scammer wasn't able to copy.

They haven't replied beyond that. It's obvious they think it's me. Painful as it is, their failure to follow guidelines and verify their identity is what allowed this scammer to take adventage of them.
