recalled after 10 months

ok maybe you guys have seen this maybe not, but i bought a toon from a Punk in ga on the 8th of july of last year today i come home to find that after all this time the account has been recalled on me. As this was the fist and only time i have purchased an account other than my original account i am at a loss as to what i should do. i contacted Blizz as soon as i found that i couldn't login on the account. they promptly told me that the phone number and CC info had been changed. they wouldnot reset PW for since someone else had called in earlier that day asking for it to be reset. any ideas on what to do as of right now i'm stuck looking for another toon and out of the WoW world.

I can understand your frustration, but I wouldn't post the guys name and email. That really goes a little far.

not to argue with you but i would like to know the known thieves are on here.If he hadn't stole the account then this post never would have been started. Kudo's to those that are legitimatly try to sell or trade their accounts i am now going to have to look for another one seeing that i lost both of my main toons that i have played over the past year.
The monies that i payed out to get this account my not be a subsantial ammount to others but it still a huge ammount of cash and time and huge loss to me.

Not if he scammed someone....I know you are not allowed to post personal info (phone #'s and crap) but I'm not sure if someones name / emails are considered that. Highly doubtful.

if you have the last name. and SQ/A then you can recall it.

to be more secure, you could transfer the character to a differant account once you gain accsess to the account.

Yea like frality said, if you have the last name and sq/a you can call up and have the account recalled then he might just do the same thing to you, but once you recall it acouple of times blizzard will know somethings up and cancle the account. and yep best idea is to transfer the account to a account that you made but it w ill cost you 40-50 bucks how ever much wow and bc is. When you transfer the account the first and last name have to be the same as the account you are transfering it to.

As soon as you buy it pretty much transfeer it straight away, Im not sure if they can get it recalled or whatever, after that period of time.

the account will be locked after several times, so best to recall now and immediately transfer off
