Hey guys.
I got home today to find my account banned/blocked and this is why i am a little confused.

When i try to log in it states

So i go to the link like it is telling me to do. And it tells me to log in so i do. But now it is saying.

But now i have an email in my email address telling me to email a form to [email protected].

So basically what im asking is it banned or just locked untill I email in my details? and yes i am the OO of this account so i have full details and a ID.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Ive filled out the formed and added a scan of my ID to [email protected] if this is legit will it be unbanned? and if it is legit has anyone else gone through this process?

if you account is permanently disabled they wont reopen it.But seeing as though it looks like you dont have any idea why they banned your account you best bet is to call billing.Explain to them you account was comprimised and they your recovery form should go through no problems

and also as you stated Access to your account has been temporarily disabled. Please contact support for more information at: insert blizzard link here. This does not mean your account has been banned just locked until you send the recovery information in

sounds like a fake email address. [email protected] wheres v in recoVery.

But yes i have been the process on one of my old accounts. its just to verify you are who you are and not a bought or stolen account.

Sorry im tired and spelling is poor it has a V in recovery. but see why im confused, one second its temp banned the next its perma banned then its compromised? wth?! but i plan on ringing them up when it opens in 2.5 hours. Does it open then or earlier?

I re-called it from a hacker and then they re-called it and then i re0called it and they re-called it while i was out so im guessing its just locked untill they get the details + id scan?

does it still say

Access to your account has been temporarily disabled. Please contact support for more information at: insert blizzard link here

when you log in.If so this means your account has only been locked not banned

Yeah when i try to log in it is telling me its only temp disabled. But when i go to the link and log in it tells me its perma banned :S

wierd never experienced that befor.Most likley if you call and tell them you were not in controll of the account when this happened you should be able to recovery it.

Yeah i have a feeling its because its been re-called few times by two different people but i hope i can ring up and explain my situation and sort it out.

Just spoke to blizzard its only security locked once my email with my Id reaches the top of their pile it will be dealt with and reset back to me.
