The feedback in question was accurate and was a negative experience, I was told the account was his, and a few months after the trade went down my d3 account for his bf3 account he recalled using the cd-key, it took much time and effort to recover the account without it, but assuming he is the only one in control of the account I must also assume it was he whom recalled it.

while the top image does show a recall occurred, the bottom image does nothing to show that it was me who recalled it, it simply shows that we completed the transaction. In any case, I have already PMed you asking to resolve and talk about this over.

like I said in my pm

You assured me I had all the necessary information to recover the account in case something happened, not only was this not the case you were not available for months at a time, even if it wasn't personally you who recalled it (which you would still be responsible for, you had no due diligence with the owner to obtain the proper information) you did not help recover it and you're the one who traded it to me, regardless of the context you deserve the negative feedback.

What information provided by TheCrusher was not valid?

The fact that was all I needed, whether he was the original owner or not he did not provide me with enough information to retrieve the account in case it was compromised, or in this case recalled, nor was he available to give me or support the account after the fact, regardless of whether it was him or a prior owner who recalled the account, thecrusher traded me it under the pretense that I had all the necessary information, which I did not.

I have already done my part by attempting to bridge some sort of communication between you and I through a sort of communication service like Skype or Aim and you have duly ignored it (which mike can see).

It is entirely unnecessary for me to waste my time communicating with you, you broke your promise on what was to be delivered, you were unavailable to remedy the situation and now you want a free pass because you think you deserve it, if anything you 'disputing' the negative feedback only insures its accuracy, so take it as a lesson learnt, don't abandon your consumer if you didn't deliver on promised goods.

In any case, after reading your email that you claim to be the reason for the recall, I do not see how that stands as evidence for a recall when the representative clearly states he was able to locate the account and restore it ( assuming he was speaking to you ), additionally the email doesn't serve as evidence as it does not say whom or what date that occurred. One can assume that email could of been related to anyones account.

At this point im going to let Mike deal with this rather then try and communicate with you. Really you think you're going to lie your way out of it when in this very thread you can be quoted saying a recall did occur, it's becoming quite pathetic, I'll leave it up to the mods as well however I stand firmly by the belief you broke good faith in this agreement and fully deserve the negative feedback.

p.s. just an fyi I'll gladly send the mods an un-redacted version that proves beyond any doubt that the account in question is the one that was recalled.

unnamed101 trades D3 account to TheCrusher for BF3 account
5 months later BF3 account is recalled

http://i246.photobucket.com/albums/g...ps7a58a746.jpg

this chat image shows that thecrusher confirmed the email was reset to the original email on the account, but it also appears he helped you reset it back and recover the account. Can you explain? Did you get the account back then it was recalled again?

Here's how I recovered the account (no thanks to him),

1) Shock as I try to login to the account, which it is telling me now no longer exists, but I don't give up (about 2 weeks in) by chance or luck I look up on bf3stats, with my old originID which still works! and it ties it to a newly named soldier (with all the same stats and gear).

1.5) login to epicnpc to see he hasn't been logged in for months (assume scammer at this point).

2) I begin contacting support and it becomes quite apparent they are incompetent, he says he can't find it for literally 2 hours, then he finally does (at this point I still don't know the email it's tied to, the SQ-A or the CD-KEY, which means I have next to no claim on the account), ironically I have the email with some information in it so I go digging and find out his location and give a guess to the answer to the SQ which turns out to be wrong, but I still get referred to a recovery agent (and what an idiot because you can't see the SQ but the first rep told me what it was, and she didn't ask for the answer she asked for the question ha) because I have the original email it was registered to.

3) I finally get the account back, still no correct answer for the SQ, but origin allows me basically unlimited attempts once I'm logged in (really bad security), at this point he could still take the account back with the key and the SQ, unfortunately I finally guess right and change the SQ, so all he would have that I don't is the key.

All in all it was a painstaking process that I simply got lucky on, and spent 40+ hours trying to remedy, all because TheCrusher didn't provide me with the necessary information, and I firmly stand by my negative feedback because regardless of whether it was him or the OO as he claims (still don't even know), he traded me the account with not enough information to retrieve it after the recall.

TheCrusher confirms via IM that the account email was reset back to the original
TheCrusher gives original login info + email account login info, but nothing else

TheCrusher please explain why unnamed101 does not have the right to leave you a negative feedback for this issue.

It seems clear to me the account was recalled, you confirmed it was recalled back to the original email, but you did not provide unnamed101 with enough info to easily recover the account. Why didn't you give him CD keys or SQA?

HE DID NOT PROVIDE ANY EVIDENCE THAT IT WAS 100% RECALLED

First, I did not confirm it was back to the original email or had any other conversation with him other than our original transaction convo, as the bottom image he posted is not a conversation between the two of us regarding a recall but it was the original conversation we had regarding the initial transaction. That image was me disclosing the account information, it was not me helping him reclaim the account nor was it me helping him deal with the supposed recall. Second, if he actually posts the entire conversation rather than that small snippet, I clearly mention that I do not possess the SQ/A or cd keys prior to completing the sale to which is something he agreed with.

So heres what transpired. I am not even sure how it got all mixed up the way you had it

TheCrusher gives original login info + email account login info, but nothing else (which I need to see the conversation by adding him to skype to confirm)

I did not recall the account and to be frank, im not even sure if it was. What evidence has he shown that I caused any of this? I'm not saying it wasn't a buttload of trouble to get the account back if there was a situation that did indeed cause a lost of control, but I did not cause it and there is still the mere fact that he is still in control of the account which means he hasn't lost anything. I have already added a negative feedback for making me go through this un-necessary crap. This is not going to be a one way street where he gets to accuse me of recalling, causing him "apparent" problems, and lying which are all false and get away with it.

Finally I want to touch upon the fact that he did not provide enough evidence for me to believe this was recalled, and that I believe this whole ordeal was fabricated. I am well aware Mike that you still issue negative feedback based on transactions having a negative experience based on my first negative (which by the way wasn't even a scam or recall but rather you said the person had a "negative" experience with me), but I stand by the fact that I did nothing to cause the problems this guy is claiming I did. I provided him with all necessary information at the time of sale to which he agreed to accept, because if he was not comfortable with not receiving a SQ/A or CD key from me he should of not even of gone through with the trade. In addition, due to his un-cooperative manner and the fact that its been so long since I did this transaction( I deleted him off my Skype a while ago) ), I am not able to actually add him to my Skype and see what exactly transpired in our conversation.

As I said before I'd gladly screen share with a mod the actual email from origin, on both the email that would definitely prove it did occur, even though that really isn't necessary since you've already said there was a recall.

But now I'd like to request negative feedback removed from my account, created under false pre-tense, and if necessary TheCrusher's banning for said false reporting done out of spite.

Second, if he actually posts the entire conversation rather than that small snippet, I clearly mention that I do not possess the SQ/A or cd keys prior to completing the sale to which is something he agreed with.

Please post a screenshot of you telling him you did not posses the SQA or cd keys prior to payment being made. If the buyer was aware there was no SQA or keys available as you say then I agree with you no negative should be allowed, although I neutral would still be okay.

TheCrusher I'm not saying you are the one who recalled, however unnamed101 did provide a screenshot showing the account was moved back to the original email address and locked. While unnamed101 had access to that email, he did not have enough info to actually get the account back, although he eventually did.

Regardless, this now comes down to whether or not unnamed101 was aware before the sale that there was no SQA and keys available.

Revenge feedback is not allowed and has been removed from unnamed101's account.

http://i.imgur.com/gcis6d4.png statement in emphasis showing that I did not mention any kind of SQ/A or CD-KEY was going to be issued and his agreement to the transaction

However, why should a neutral even exist? He has the account, I did not cause the recall. So having a neutral that exists in my feedback stating that I recalled the account or that I did not "disclose" enough information for account to be safe is just giving in to his demands for no apparant reason at all.

So let's count the lies shall we

1) Crusher says it did happen, but now it didn't happen.

2) Crusher says he can't find the skype, but now he finds the skype.

3) Crusher leaves negative and vindictive feedback for a transaction that I completed with all the necessary information.

Oh and no I did not, I had no prior knowledge one even existed on the account (SQ-A)

because

I am not really sure what you are getting at this point.

In any case, nothing I have done constitutes as a lie.

1. Just because I say at one point that it appears to be a recall does not mean I accepted it as fact.

2. I looked through my archive of messages to find the one where you messaged me with your skype when you were interested in the account.

3. The negative feedback was based upon the fact that you are accusing me of recalling the account, which has already been proven not to be true.

Not sure what you are getting at with the top image as we were simply doing the transaction. That bottom image with the red circle doesn't really say anything relevant to this case as i was simply explaining the complexity of battle.net accounts.

1) You've lied, that's irrefutable. [oh and you just lied again, you're the one who contacted me telling me you were interested and had a bf3 account and asked for my skype or aim, to which i replied with my skype (I mean that's not a big deal in and of itself, but you just keep lying) you have 0% credibility at this point.]

2) You've not provided a single reason as to why the negative should not stand, and saying it wasn't you so you can blame it on someone else doesn't change the fact that you provided only the basics beyond which the account could not have been recovered due to your own negligence.

3) You've broken the rules and provided vindictive feedback AFTER ADMITTING you knew it was against the rules.

It actually seems more like you have an odd obsession with liars than anything really. I have provided evidence to why it should not stand, by accepting the terms of what you are receiving [clearly shown in my image] you are accepting that the product is sold as-is. Therefore, there WAS NO negligence involved. There were no rules broken provided the feedback I issued was true [you are calling ME the recaller when YOU have provided no evidence that I was], and I never admitted to any rules of anything kind [awkward moment where I don't know what your talking about]. Don't try and sound like a lawyer when you aren't one.

Not mentioning the CD keys or SQA at the time of sale is completely different then not having them or the ability to get them. Just because you didn't include them in your list of info provided does not tell unnamed101 that there are no keys or SQA available ever.

While the buyer should have asked about them, it is the sellers responsibility to disclose all account information. Because you didn't disclose the fact you do not have either or the ability to get them should they be needed, unnamed101 has the right to leave you a neg feedback due to the amount of time and frustration caused in recovering the account without them.

I've changed the feedback back to negative and I consider this fully resolved.
