Here's how I recovered the account (no thanks to him),
1) Shock as I try to login to the account, which it is telling me now no longer exists, but I don't give up (about 2 weeks in) by chance or luck I look up on bf3stats, with my old originID which still works! and it ties it to a newly named soldier (with all the same stats and gear).
1.5) login to epicnpc to see he hasn't been logged in for months (assume scammer at this point).
2) I begin contacting support and it becomes quite apparent they are incompetent, he says he can't find it for literally 2 hours, then he finally does (at this point I still don't know the email it's tied to, the SQ-A or the CD-KEY, which means I have next to no claim on the account), ironically I have the email with some information in it so I go digging and find out his location and give a guess to the answer to the SQ which turns out to be wrong, but I still get referred to a recovery agent (and what an idiot because you can't see the SQ but the first rep told me what it was, and she didn't ask for the answer she asked for the question ha) because I have the original email it was registered to.
3) I finally get the account back, still no correct answer for the SQ, but origin allows me basically unlimited attempts once I'm logged in (really bad security), at this point he could still take the account back with the key and the SQ, unfortunately I finally guess right and change the SQ, so all he would have that I don't is the key.
All in all it was a painstaking process that I simply got lucky on, and spent 40+ hours trying to remedy, all because TheCrusher didn't provide me with the necessary information, and I firmly stand by my negative feedback because regardless of whether it was him or the OO as he claims (still don't even know), he traded me the account with not enough information to retrieve it after the recall.
