Date the problem began: 27/02/22 but only check today because i didnt logged in ever since due to graphics card problems

Other information: already contacted seller on discord today and said he would check for proof purchase. also i didnt ever contacted ubisoft support on this matter as it will make account banned/flagged because im not "original owner" and dont have proof purchase.

What is the dispute about? when i bought account from seller he asked me to supply an email for this purpose. i made one fresh yahoo mail for it and didnt used email for nothing more than this account. due to graphics card problems i didnt check account again and even havent played once. just logged in same day i bought to check if evertyhing was ok. yahoo mail as 2fa and uplay also and no sign in attempts on both. today i got to check the email and saw ubisoft support tickets and someone i dont know (original owner or hacker dont know) claimed account back barely 19 days after i bought it.

Other details / notes: i got alerted for this as i didnt logged in game for some time and saw other user that also bought from him saying got account pulled back,and to my surprise checked email and same had happened to me. im not leaving negative feedback and i know he as good feedback etc but still this is strange. either is not original owner and buys this "cheap" accounts low level from somewhere and levels them up for sale and original owners claimed them back or if he really is legit owner it shouldnt be so hard to check the uplay keys he buys with proof purchase. if you buy kinguin/g2a/eneba etc you have key attached to proof purchase and i told him already shouldnt be so hard to find them. also each account he sells he should provide proof purchase with key to buyer if something like this happens so we can have little proof.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) well only the thread screenshots of the account, no username,nothing. when i bought asked me email to change it to me thats when i saw username and uplay profile.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 19 days
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
