Hey guys, I have some questions regarding the IC3. Apologies in advance if they've been answered in the past.
From what I understand people look to them as being a sort of internet police that people file complaints with, no matter how small.
My only experience with them was when I once filed a complaint when I had a large PayPal payment charge backed by the buyer. After filing my complaint I never got a reply from the IC3.
Who exactly works for the IC3? What are their qualifications? I know it says they work hand in hand with the FBI, but when you file a complaint with them what is the process in which they handle them and who is it you're communicating with (i.e. what would their position in law enforcement be)
Where does their funding come from?
I'm also curious what their 'jurisdiction' would be concerning other countries, such as if I'm in the U.S. and filing against someone in the UK or Canada.
