Question regarding unauthorized transfer.

I have a question regarding unauthorized transfer.
I traded with one day about two months ago. Recently I recieved a pm from this guy's friend saying he's trying to get back the character he traded me for.

He is the Original Owner. I transfered the character off the account to my brand new account 1 months ago and i have his old account locked with ownership dispute. I m wondering what are the chances of him getting the character back if I transfer it AGAIN to a new account.

very small, if money is not an issue I'd definitely suggest you doing that, and it's better to get the account banned than locked since he's the owner and shouldn't have a problem with sending in an ID.
