Question about becoming verified

Does someone need to be 18 years+ to be verified, also what sort of ID is needed to become verified

Epic member premium would work for you. And you do not need to be 18.

If i have regular epic member can i upgrade to epic member premium for 12$ instead of 15$?

On verified a id is needed but you do not have to be 18.

On the last question you do not get discounts for upgrading so if you plan to do the premium, just pay the $15.

You can use a passport if you don't have a license yet.

Each time you upgrade you have to pay the full fee. So if you have Epic Member and upgrade to Premium it's still $15.
