What is the dispute about?
Seller offered me an Travis account on Discord. I asked for a middleman but he told me hes verified so he convinced me to not use a middleman. I asked him to verify hisself by texting me on EpicNPC chat, he had done it and i payed him via paypal. After the payment he told me the account doenst have FA and the Email doenst have any password or access details. Finally he told me i could change the email of account at the 11.3.23 since he changed the email on the 11.12.22. Seller also told me he will responsible for everything that happens to the account, didnt received any replacement, refund or just an answer of my questions.
