That is the point of game-sharing, right? You got the account and you can play the game.
Why can't you change password? How do you get these accounts?

I'm simply a reseller. If you change the password you will most likely be locked out of the purchased account. You don't use the account for any other reason than to download the games. Since you activated your PS4 as the primary PS4 the game(s) will be playable on your own account, without any restrictions. I do also sell accounts with Playstation Plus on it, this means that if you activate it on your PS4 all your accounts can get online.
