Profile Highlight Blue is not applied

Hello i bought a Profile Profile Highlight Blue from the store, but now i don't see it applied to anything.

would love to get this fixed.

i bought it from the store, i tried to apply it to the thread but it didn't, i think only an Admin can solve this.
