Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
Paid money to paypal account supplied by the user PsYch-Roxx for a PSN Account. After payment, he claimed the paypal email he supplied belonged to a 'supplier', who he only mentions after I paid the $20. He will not refund me or give me a psn account as stated in his thread. From what I understand he is responsible because he never told me about this 'supplier' beforehand.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? In his thread I saw he had a positive feedback so I thought it was safe. Should have trusted my gut, and I do regret it but please give a fair judgment so nobody else has to go through this.
Have you traded with this person before? No. First time.
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC?
Roughly a dozen, I've only had one issue prior to this but this is the first time I am disputing. If any additional information is required please tell me and I will be happy to provide it.
