Probable Scam

I sold to someone, he was verified in paypal and sent the money for friends and family. Now he opened a dispute "PayPal received a notification from a user regarding unauthorized access to his PayPal account. As a result, one of the payments credited to your PayPal account has been placed in a temporary hold while we investigate the claim."

What can I do?

There is very little you can do. You should submit as much information as you can to them but in the end it will all come down to Paypal's arbitrator.

Best Way is to get every information you can together and email it to them and call right after to try to fight it

all I have is paypal conversation where he says his paypal e-mail and in-game character, and printscreen of the trade...

He contacted Paypal and said it was an Unauthorized transaction. Sending money as a gift/family/friends offers 0% protection. Taking the right steps, anyone can set up a scam via paypal.

I recently won an unauthorzied claim against a banned member on these forums. I'm guessing he filed unauthorized but sent the payment from his home computer as paypal ruled in my favor stating "unathorized access to his account could not be located"

nope, any paypal transaction can be reversed.

I recommend not using PayPal at all when selling something, use Western Union instead. On Western Union money cannot be recalled.
