Describe the problem:
the user Primos scammed me out of an r6 account which i purchased for $213.05

look at this gmail, its his paypal email its also the same email he used to recover his account

this is a screenshot of the chats he had with a ubisoft live agent to "recover" scam me

i woke up to a message from Ubisoft saying my account email was changed
this guy is weird asf for selling an account just to pull it back through support i o longer have access to this account and have ultimately been scammed i purchased this account with MM trade guardian and now im just down $213.05
mercurial003 was the MM of this transaction and he can confirm i bought the account

I'm not responsible for this I sold this account to him but im just reseller I don't have any evidence to get the account back this person sold the account or something and accuses me a scammer.

u literal recovered the account using the same email as your PayPal account you're not slick u cant get out of this one, and how come as soon as u recover the account you try to resell it

u listed it as original owner why u taking it back now? @EpicNPC CM @EpicNPC Mod this is another post of him selling the same account with original owner because he changed it on the current thread i bought it off to make it look like he isnt responsible

@Primos You are responsible for what you sell here regardless of whether or not you’re the original owner. You can try to recall it through support or ask the previous owner to do so, but if you cannot fix the issue, you will owe @ylmoch a refund.

@ylmoch Please provide evidence that the account was changed to the same email as @Primos PayPal email. I only see the previous email linked to the account in your chat, which also doesn’t match the seller’s PayPal email.

the gmail that recovered the account is [email protected] and his paypal is [email protected] like are u being serious rn and saying they dont match its literal the same email with an 11 at the end its literally his government name i have a video of him also attempting to take the account back 2 months ago it shows him trying to recover his account using his globally known discord name shankii
this video also shows the date he last played on the account march first which is the day i bought the account no one else would know that besides him u can check his page to see the review i left on march first when i purchased the account

That is not conclusive evidence. I could create the same email ending in 12 & claim it to be someone else’s. But I have since confirmed that this email does belong to him. Could you provide some evidence that the account’s email link was changed to this email? From what you’ve posted I can only see what the previous email was.

i cant thats not possible the email i received from ubisoft just tells me that my info was changed which would be literally impossible since i have 2fa and even more security on the account i didnt even receive a email change request from ubisoft beacause he used the Ubisoft support live chat to verify he was the original owner and they changed it for him thats why i couldnt prevent it from happening

it was not that tiktok is another account i sold and i can show proof if u watch the tiktok u can see the discrepancies between the two accounts

nope never even posted it b4 its not hard bro it obvious that he recovered the account i also have hard evidence that he in fact is the original owner

If you have evidence that he’s the original owner aside from an older post then please send it.

This is a screen recording of the account i bought and it shows the previous names of the account and u can see dating all the way back to its creation it was called a variation of Shankii which is primos name everywhere even in discord and it's even his epic noc back round for his account
 
also u confirmed the fact that the email that pulled the account was his and hes in ownership of this, im starting to think your on his side via bribe cause theres no way that u cant put the pieces together

We have had plenty of instances where buyers fake a recall to get their money back & also keep the account. Innocent sellers have gotten banned for this in the past, so I want both sides to provide as much evidence as possible. That does not mean that I’m on his side & to suggest I’ve been bribed is downright insulting. You should pick your words more carefully in the future because none of us will be inclined to help you here when you make these false allegations towards us.

With that being said, since @Primos appears to indeed be the original owner based on the evidence provided, he will need to either issue a full refund or return the account. If you’re not in possession of the account, you must try to get it back through support. If you fail to, you still owe @ylmoch a refund.
