What is the dispute about?
- Buyer bought a Bleach Brave Souls account from me on February 28, 2019
- Buyer did not inform me of any problems with the account
- I checked my PayPal today saw that there is an open dispute on the transaction
- I messaged the buyer just now asking why he refunded - no reply yet. I noticed that his account is now disabled.
- I haven't responded yet to PayPal hoping the resolution here in EpicNPC will help my PayPal case
- I did some investigation on past dealings of the RIPSlater and noticed that he was involved in a transaction with another user here named Ezkimo
- I messaged Ezkimo asking some information and he said that he was also scammed by RIPSlater
- This is the second time now that both me and Ezkimo was scammed by a user
- The first one was Saams06 (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/paypal-transaction-held-by-saams06.1418926/).
- Saams06 bought a BBS account from me and Ezkimo said that Saams06 resold the account to him.
