What is the dispute about?
- Buyer bought a Bleach Brave Souls account from me on May 16, 2019
- After I received the payment, I linked the Bleach Brave Souls account to his desired KLab account.
- I informed the buyer that it is now linked and he may log in.
- The buyer thanked me for the account and didn't inform me of any problems.
- I checked my PayPal today on June 7, 2019 and saw that there is an open dispute on the transaction (Item not received - claim). It was initially just a paypal message then it was escalated to a dispute in less than 30 minutes.
- What the buyer said in PayPal: "Ordered a Bleach figure with tracking, should have arrived weeks ago. Tried to contact seller and ask for tracking but he dosen´t answer. Ordered from https://pt.aliexpress.com/"
- I messaged the buyer just now here in EpicNPC asking why he opened a paypal dispute - no reply yet.
- I haven't responded yet to PayPal hoping the resolution here in EpicNPC will help my PayPal case.
