Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: ok so im opening the thread not to get a refund was ctually about the entire situation that happened i bought the service on the 21st paid via paypal and the seller mentioned it would start right away would take around 3 days and i waited for it, we ept talking i would every now and then ask how it was going the person would reply telling me the progress of the account, on the 24 i was going to ask if it was done and the person said there was a problem with the account i immediatly log on my email to find an email saying the account was suspended and log on both the website and the game where it said the account was banned, according to the seller she/he said that to makeup to me created a new account with a copy of the char they were leveling (i already had a char the account a daggerspell firran with a mount and 300 gold was an account created since beta!) yet what they simply created was what they were leveling up i got mad obviously for losing an account created from beta with already a caracter in it besides the one i paid to lvl up and the reason for the ban WASNT the powerlevelig it was cause the person levelig the account used and EXPLOIT while playing on MY account i trusted them with! the seller said would give me the new account with the new character a warborn cleric (the one i paid to lvl up) with some more gold to makeup to me in 24h i waited for it and i started asking how was the progress (even tho doesnt exactly make up to me entirely it was better and a solution than having lost my account at all and smoothed me a little) so the seller stop replying entirely not saying a word i thought "ok she/he might be afk when you wake up in the morning you will have the details on skype for you to be able to play" i woke up today without a single word from the seller and a refund on paypal which means the seller was online alright and wasnt afk certainly without any account to makeup to me but decided simply on a refund of 15 usd wich being honest doesnt makeup at all for the fact i just lost my BETA account with a char on it that had a mount there, and gold. The seller not only got my account banned by exploiting but also is not living up to the word of giving an account with the cleric there and gold to makeup i didnt want a refund cause the refund wont make up for losing my acocount...
