What is the dispute about? Leveling Up Bot in League of Legends

Approximate value of property: Haven't Traded yet, just assuming that he's/she's a possible scammer
Was a middleman used? Nope
If yes, who?
Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
1) The conversation on Skype started 5 mins after the thread that I posted in the Hacks/Bots/Exploits forum.
2) He/she said that they have a leveling bot for me.
3) I asked what server(s) do they work on?
4) Lets just say he for now, he said that it worked for EUW and EUNE
5) I then said I wanted the bot for NA
6) He then said it works for NA too (magically)
7) I asked if he had some sort of rep on EpicNPC
8) He said no, and he said "but I got to Gold III because of this level bot
9) I'm not that stupid to fall for that instantly after he said it
10) I asked him who he was on EpicNPC
11) Answered 'Someone' then just deleted me off skype
That's literally the Skype conversation we had but I will also post screenshots of it.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? Nope
Have you traded with this person before? Nope
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? Roughly 16-17, some didn't leave feedback
He didn't give me his EpicNPC Profile so maybe you guys could find the Accounts associated with any IPs with his Skype name
