What is the dispute about?
I purchased a Pokemon Go account from the seller for the amount of 65$ USD. Paypal was used to send the payment. Once the payment was sent, seller was refusing to provide me with the account information, claiming that the money is being held by the paypal for 24 hours due to a security
reason. He provided me with a screenshot of money being held 24 hours, therefore I believed him at that time. At the same time, the seller gave me an an option to cancel the deal and receive a refund, or wait 24 hours to resolve the issue. I agreed to wait 24 hours to resolve the issue. It has been almost 48 hours since my purchase. I've tried to contact the seller numerous times, but the seller is nowhere to be found and does not respond to my messages at all.
In fact, I know the seller is simply ignoring me, because he just posted another thread on Pokemon go Account forum for another sale.
I've opened up a dispute against this seller and will try to get my money back as soon as possible.
Other details / notes:
He was kind of fishy to begin with. His ID lists that he is from Venezuela, yet his paypal states that he lives in USA. His thread indicates that the account has 1500 Item space and 1100 pokemon space, which turned out to be false. Please AVOID any transaction with this person if possible!
