Popup about proxies, but im not using a proxy

For the first time even in over a year I got this red popup on the bottom right about proxies, however im not nor have i ever proxied this or any other site.

I don't want to get banned from the site but i also am not willing to switch from using chrome (it says disable the rpoxy or change browsers)


Any idea whats going on?

I just installed a new proxy detection addon a few mins ago which had very sensitive settings and producing a very high number of false-positives. The settings have been adjusted so the alert should have disappeared for you. I received the same alert on my account, so I know many others probably did as well.

I'll be testing and fine tuning the proxy detection system over the next week. All detections will be manually reviewed by me to make sure they are accurate and no one will be banned unless I confirm that the user is indeed using a proxy.

In cases where a veteran member is detected and confirmed by me that a proxy was indeed used, you will receive a PM warning first.
