jonthai was apparently selling US legion keys for cheap I guess it was too good to be true. Turned it to be a scammer

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
Scammed me $12.50usd, deal was I send first half of the payment, then id activate the legion key, then I would send the other half of the payment ($12.50)

Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? id say over 10 no more then 20
All I ask is for his epicnpc account to get banned. I know i wasn't scammed much but it was enough for a 6pack of beer where I live is Australia. I do not wish this upon anyone.
