What is the dispute about?
Unable to fulfill the service.
I purchased link skills training service which later changed to a farming service because of slow progress. He was active the day after payment however he would then disappear for a long time until he find an excuse for the disappearance. He would always find excuses for not being able to perform the service and ghosting me for a long period of time; tries to extend the time of the transaction so that I cannot submit a dispute on PayPal.
He would not reply until I initiated a dispute on PayPal which he immediately shows up just a few hours after. He gave more excuses again
Timeline:
1. 2/2/2022 - Paid for the service
2. 2/3/2022 - Did minimum work on the service
3. 2/11/2022 - Active again when I called him out of no progress and said his hand was injured
4. 2/27/2022 - Claimed he was healed and did 4 hours of farming and said he will be on actively every day (but never did)
5. 3/1/2022 - After finishing 2hours of 4 hours that day, he said his internet is getting worst because of a rainstorm
6. 3/18/2022 - Didn't show up until I started a Paypal dispute on that day.
7. 3/18/2022 - Said his computer was destroyed during the storm so he ordered a new computer and did 2hours of service just so to convince me to close the dispute
8. 3/19/2022 to 3/28/2022 - Never shows up again.
Other details / notes: Another person messaged that he/she received similar treatment from Pildorita.
