Phone Verification Successful, but still does not work

I've done Phone verification long while ago, done upgrade as well

now its keep telling me to do phone verification to leave feedback,
but since I've already done verification before does not give me option to do so,

Not sure what to do,

It's a bug with old accounts. An admin will fix it.
