Phone verification fails.

Hello EpicNPC,

I wanted to upgrade my account, therefore I needed to add my phone number.
The only problem is I don't recieve the SMS to verify it nor the phone call, I have tried both options.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

That could be a possibility but he will assist you as soon as he is able to. My friend had the same problem but fixed it himself, so keep on trying if you're persistent.
