EpicNPC Phone App Not Working

This is unrelated to the website but does anyone know how to fix this? Whenever I launch the app it just shows this.

Hello,

It happened to me back then, either clear your cache, use data instead of wi-fi or re-download the app since they release a new version 1-2 months ago.

We discontinued use of the Google Store app. You can uninstall that, then when you return to the site you will see a "Download App" button at the top. Download that instead, it's exactly the same as the Google app, but without black screen bug.

SOLVED!
It turns out i should be using Chrome browser in order to see the download menu, thank you so much @Pro.Desmond for the info as well as @EpicNPC and @RayFF for the help <3
