I have received a video via PM but yet there are a lot of questions.
@Benzyboy you said that the account was stolen from you. How it's possible to steal the BDO account if can't change the email without ID. Has your email stolen as well?
How did you found this dispute? It's strange that you suddenly appear from nowhere and claim that the account is yours.

@Angel I'm not 100% sure how the account was stolen as I took a 8-9 month break from the game. I tried to login 4-5 months into that break to check up on things, only to discover the email had been changed and the account had been banned for trading.
Only this week were my tickets finally able to discover that the 2-3 month ban had been lifted and the GM's would help me get it back. The account was then sold to hooligan by PepsiiiTwiSt and i'm not sure which of them appealed for the perma ban to be lifted. (danspazy2 sold the account to PepsiiiTwiSt first).
Once I had reclaimed access, I logged into the game and did some investigation. I had contacted CrzyHooligan at that point because he was the most recent person on the account. I learned that the account had been bought and traded multiple times and I was shown this forum as proof.
I have no doubt my email was likely compromised in order for danspazy2 to have my ID to change the email originally. I found this dispute through reclaiming my account, contacting the last person who had access (i messaged people ingame for information on said person and contacted them through discord) and then I was lead to this forum to prevent more scamming over stolen property!
