Selling a Plot 51 Medium in Lavender Beds. Rank 14, 600k credits, subs partially leveled. Buying a FC house requires a character to join and stay in the FC for 30 days prior to transfer. I will provide you with all permissions during this 30 days period save for permissions that will allow you to promote members, dissemble submersibles, or purchase/relinquish land. Payment in full is due by day 30. You can pay in installments if you like, so long as it's paid by day 30. Longer terms? We can chat about that, but full transfer only possible once it is fully paid.
Price is firm and incredibly fair for how aggressive the housing market is on Balmung. I accept PayPal or Venmo only.
