Paypall permanently Limit - You can no longer use paypall HELP

HI, recently was doing selling game account.
1. for the 3 pass month i have never having any issue of refund/file report/ fraud / scamming issue.
2. But yesterday just receive this mssg said my account is permanent ban
3. I feel maybe because i have too many transaction per month and the sales revenue because i was using normal person account. NOT business type.

For more infomation i was using normal personal account. is that mean by right i need upgrade to a business account with issuing invoice to buyer if had any transaction in order to avoid ban or high risk behavior?
any solutiion and help can be provide?

Already mssg the customer service, and they reply me
"our decision to leave your account in a permanent limitation status is final. PayPal reserves the right to limit access to any account reported to be involved in possible fraudulent or high risk behavior.

Can i still close account or re-create a new account?

cant find the hotline. only manage found the US number but due in diff reigon. i at malaysia is hard to contact US number

You can use app for that.
Name of that app is 2ndline,with that app you can get your virtual number and with that virtual number you can call and text to canada and usa for free.
So you can use this solution for your problem,I hope this helps.Dont worry,all is free and it is not scam,i am personally using this app...

Since I tried very recently to call three different support hotlines of PP, (namingly US, UK and the German branch), I can tell you that you won’t be able to reach them at all due to their closure related to the current Covid-19 situation.

sad for you in these kinda cases, you have no many things to do but recovering the fund in your acc. You can make another account but dont forget that you wont be able to verify yourself and you will have certain limit, so if your new fake acc is suspended too, then you may not even be able to withdraw the money in the account since you are not verified.

i wish crypto coins destroy the paypal and similar services one day....Many people's account get suspended permanently.
I've been looking forward to the day when the crypto coins is integrated into online banking system and people send crypto coins to each other quickly+easily.
