So I sold this guy my rogue account for 725 a few days ago and everything went fine. The very next day I see Paypal placed a hold on my funds. I later recieved an email saying I recieved fraudulent funds. So, the funds get reversed and I am left with a $23 dollar fee for being scammed. I recalled my account and everything is fine now, except for the fact I had to pay $23 dollars to be scammed.

Its called a Botnet. Its a system of computers that sends information entered into them to one master computer, so the guy can log onto someones Paypal buy $3000 worth of accounts, change the e-mails then the money is recalled the next day by the true owners.
