Hey, wanted buy league of legends account by one idiot here, he scammed be obviously but funny part is that he agreed with that i can send money as "paying for item" not as gift so i thought its gonna be ok, but stupid paypal employers after 2 months of "investigation" send me this:

Is it NORMAL? Because i am really angry and mad, because its my money and that Polish ***** is enjoying my money... I think he has friends in paypal..
