The buyer has bought goods through paypal. Later return because of unauthorized payment has come. How to protect itself from such situation. And what in this case it is necessary to make???

Sorry, but there's no way to prevent Paypal disputes or chargebacks if someone want to do it. They might not win the dispute, but there's no way to prevent it.

Simply make your payments without PayPal. (Bitcoin, Trade Guardian, Gift Cards and PaySafeCard for example)
I think alle of those, except Trade Guardian, do not allow chargebacks.
And Trade Guardian will only chargeback if you Scammed someone or smth like that.

Edit: Thats obviously only to prevent it in the future!
