Paypal claims

I bought an account for 350 which was reclaimed by owner via id a month later and i paid with paypal I also requested the original box and cd's and never recieved them if i make a claim is there a chance i will get my money back? need someone with experience with paypal. I know paypal doesnt cover wow accounts but i figured i might have a case since i was suppose to recieve a physical item. I also have our convo saved from when i bought it.
