Hi
i want to know if i sold a game account to someone and he pay me via paypal
he can ask paypal for a chargeback ? so paypal isn't safe ?

in 180 days most of sellers will be already withdraw the money from their paypal how he may despute the payment ?
I think sellers just need to wait until the payment confirmed then give the account infos to the buyer since then they can withdraw from their paypal

If you withdraw your funds from Paypal the buyer can still dispute the payment. Paypal will just give you a negative balance until you pay it back.
