What is the dispute about?
I purchased 2 warframe accounts with 7000 platinum on them plus a limbo prime access pack for my account.
He had me logg in to steam, where I was receiving my limbo prime access pack, 5 days later, he reversed the transaction via his bank or whatever, defintive proof of it is shown in the screenshots.
After 5 days the second account he gave me was banned, because he reversed the transaction which bought the platinum on the account that he gave me. I asked for a refund, he saidhe cant refund but they will buy me another account, which would have been banned anyway.
So, he forced me to take another account, after they got the first one banned by reversing the transaction. 1 Day later, my main account got banned, because also the transaction of the limbo prime access pack was undone by them. They don't want to refund me money. I know that third party selling is a risk, but that was not the ban reason, they have UNDONE the PAYMENT. Proof of that is shown in the screen with the steam account he gave me, with which I was receiving my limbo prime acccess pack. Another screen shows that he sent me the account data and asked me to login. After logging in, I received my prime access pack on my warframe account via the steam purchase. The steam account is marked for scamminig activitiy as seen in the screen below. Another screen shows a support ticket from the warframe support, stating that the accused seller reversed the transaction.
If you need other proof, which I highly doubt, please tell me what I need else to provide in order to get this guy banned.

I will report him to police, paypal and steam, which will then chase down this guy for scamming and using invalid payment methods / reversing transactions after payment was done.
