Describe the problem: Seller refusing to hand over the account before getting the money although he chose wise's ewallet as a form of payment and should have known it might take up to two days. He also used a fake name when providing his details to send the payment and he only told me after he was worried about not getting the money at the end (he said he did that because he is underage). What's making me report him is that he has reposted the same account 2-3 times since I contacted him and asked him to mark it as sold which he did not do. Have more screenshots to add if needed.
