What is the dispute about?
Bank transferred (Australia) money to the user for the account. Said the money was never received.
Raised a request with my bank, they confirmed with user's bank money was received.
User keeps insisting money has not been received, i spoke with users's bank CBA and also confirmed recipient has received the funds.
I also sent $1 afterwards to test and THAT transfer worked.
I was also provided screenshots of the user's statements but they are heavily edited and can't confirm if valid.
In the end i tried to dispute the funds and got denied.
